Check-in and check-out

Check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Check-out times are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

We can, however, make some arrangements (room key, baggage storage, etc.) if you wish to arrive earlier.

Please call or text us if you expect to arrive later than 21:00.

Information about the rooms and suites

All rooms and suites have a view of the front or back garden, and the Livradois Mountains (to the east) or the Forez Mountains (to the west).

There is free WIFI.

USB charging points are available in your room or suite.

A hairdryer is provided.

A fan is available.

Parking

You can park for free in the private parking lot to the right of our building or in the parking lot in front of the entrance.

Pets

We allow pets in our facility.  We do ask you to provide us with information concerning the species, breed, and coat type of your pet(s).  Pets must have all vaccinations up to date.  We charge extra for room cleaning if you bring a pet which varies from 5 to 20 euros depending upon the size and coat type of your pet. The cleaning fee applies to each pet.

The cleaning fee must be paid upon arrival in cash.

Cats must always be kept in a cage. You may not let your cat run loose.

Dogs are only allowed to run loose, under your supervision, on the terrace side of our property.  In public spaces within our property and on the entrance side of the property, dogs must be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Out of respect for other guests, pets are not allowed to stay in dining areas during breakfast.  You may, of course, exit the property with your leashed pet through the dining area at any times.

Owners are responsible for collecting feces deposited by your pet(s).

Common areas

The terrace, the guest living room, the breakfast room, the garden, and the lawn are open to guests.

Breakfast

We serve breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00.  But we can accommodate an earlier time upon request.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to specify your approximate time for breakfast and the items from our generous breakfast you wish to enjoy.

Booking conditions

When you indicate that you want to reserve the room or suite, we will send you an invoice. We will then temporarily reserve the room(s)/suite(s) for two days.

After receipt of your payment, the reservation becomes a definite booking.

When you make a last minute booking, we also ask you to pay immediately.  Your reservation becomes definitive only after receipt of payment.  We cannot refund last minute bookings.

Payment for reservations

We prefer payments via a bank transfer.  We will send you an invoice with transfer details.

We can also send you a PayPal invoice with instructions for paying for your reservation via PayPal.  Please note that payments via PayPal are subject to a 5% surcharge.

We do not accept checks and credit cards.

Arrivals without a reservation

If you arrive without a reservation, we ask for a cash payment in full upon arrival.

Cancellations

14 days or more before arrival:  full refund.

7 – 13 days before arrival:  half refund.

Fewer than 7 days before arrival:  no refund.

For some reservations during high season, we may alter our cancellation policy.

Purchases and charges during your stay

Fees and purchases may only be paid in cash.
